Hello, I’m Beverley Gibbs and I’m an expert in nutrition. I can help you look great, feel amazing and be on top of your game! I’m a qualified Sport and Exercise Nutritionist and founder of Sense of Nutrition, a specialist wellbeing consultancy for Weight Management, Heart Health and Sports Nutrition.
I know that information about food and health can be very confusing. What’s reported in the media as being healthy one day is contradicted the next! I’ve studied nutrition extensively, so I can help you. I will interpret the scientific evidence and consider your unique nutritional needs. I’ll take away any confusion and develop a tailor-made Eating Plan to optimise your health and help you achieve your goals. I’ll use the leading laboratory tests and dietary supplements if these are needed to boost your recovery from health issues.
I’m a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I hold a Nutritional Therapy Diploma and a Sport and Exercise Nutrition Diploma. I’m also a health writer for the Healthy Trucker and MyWellbeing magazines. You can verify my credentials on the Find-a-Therapy website.
My clinics cover a wide geographical area – you can book consultations with me at Bisham Abbey (home of the National Sports Centre) near Marlow, at the William Penn Leisure Centre in Rickmansworth and at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond (alternative locations may be agreed).
